* Venue Rentals must be booked during the Sponsorship period and must occur during the Sponsorship period, they do not roll over and are non-transferable. Date and Venues are subject to availability. Additional hours billed at a 10% discount of current published rates. The sponsor must sign the contract and be in attendance during the event. All rules and regulations must be followed, this includes, and is not limited to, supplying General Liability Insurance and a Refundable Security Deposit. Catering, decorations, entertainment and the like are not included.
